The Oremine Akhisar properties are generally covered by andesitic lavas, pyroclastic rocks and some Mesozoic limestones. There is no known ore mineralisation around, but a sample taken during a field excursion near the properties analysed for 16 g/t Au. The mode of gold occurrence is not clearly at the moment but will be determined in the future studies and proper ore explorations will be conducted.
